What is the yellow breasted bird in my backyard?

It has a yellow breast, yellow stripes on the wings and a little yellow tuft of feathers on its head. Very pretty, but I never saw it before last week and I think it is building a nest in my azaleas. I am in South Alabama.

What is the yellow breasted bird in my backyard?
It could be a species belonging to the Chickadee family. Get a book on birds native to the south or google it or Wikipedia the Q, that should give you your answer
