I%26#039;m landing in Narita Sunday morning. have to get to Maebashi via Takazaki. Anyone got advice on which platforms to use in the railway stations
I can speak and read Japanese so that won%26#039;t be a problem. I just don%26#039;t want to wonder round aimlessly like a %26quot;Gaijin%26quot; trying to find the right platform on the right level etc.
I%26#039;m thinking of catching the Azalea bus back. takes four hours and my flight leaves at 11 am so there might not be time)
I have to go to Japan..............?
since you can read and speak Japanese, the www.yahoo.co.jp page has train information check the 道路 link for best travel routes. Once in a station you can read the signs in English and Japanese that direct you to the correct platform. Don%26#039;t worry about being lost, I have had Japanese ask me for directions and how to find places in my neighborhood. Everyone asks and helps with finding places.

Don%26#039;t worry about looking aimless, there are quite a few Japanese who are just as clueless as the rest of us. Have a fab trip.
